1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, and using the zx24 application ("App" or "zx24"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not accept these Terms, please uninstall the app immediately and do not use our services.

These Terms apply to all users of the App and constitute the entire agreement between you and zx24 regarding the use of our application.

2. Login & Access

Access to zx24 is granted exclusively via an Admin-generated PIN. Users cannot self-register, create accounts, or bypass the PIN authentication system.

2.1 PIN Management

• Admin-Generated PIN: Access is granted only through PINs created and distributed by authorized administrators
• Non-Transferable: Your PIN is personal and must not be shared, distributed, or transferred to any other person or entity
• Confidentiality: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your PIN
• Misuse Consequences: Any misuse of the PIN, unauthorized access, or sharing may result in immediate suspension or permanent deactivation of your access

2.2 No Self-Registration

zx24 does not permit self-registration or user account creation. All access is controlled and managed by authorized administrators only. If you need access, contact your administrator directly.

2.3 PIN Security Responsibility

• You are the sole custodian of your PIN
• Do not write down or store your PIN in unsecured locations
• Do not use your PIN on shared or public devices without proper security measures
• Immediately report any suspected unauthorized access to your PIN
• You are responsible for all activity conducted using your PIN

3. Usage Policy

You agree to use zx24 only for lawful, authorized purposes and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. Unauthorized or prohibited use may result in suspension or permanent termination of your access.

3.1 Prohibited Activities

You must NOT:

• Attempt to modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the app - The App is protected by intellectual property laws. Any attempt to access, modify, or reverse engineer the source code is strictly prohibited.
• Use the app to access or stream unauthorized or illegal content - You must comply with all applicable laws regarding content access and streaming.
• Distribute or resell access credentials (PINs) - Sharing or selling your PIN is a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination.
• Attempt to bypass PIN authentication - Any attempt to circumvent security measures is prohibited and may constitute illegal activity.
• Use the App for commercial purposes - Unless expressly authorized, commercial use, streaming to paying audiences, or public broadcasting is prohibited.
• Interfere with App functionality - Do not attempt to disrupt, hack, or compromise the App's performance or security.

3.2 Lawful Use Only

You are responsible for ensuring your use of the App complies with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations. Illegal use is strictly prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, features, and functionality within zx24 are the exclusive property of zx24 and are protected under copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4.1 Ownership

• zx24 owns all proprietary rights to the App and its content
• The App's source code, design, and algorithms are confidential and proprietary
• No ownership or intellectual property rights are transferred to you upon use
• All trademarks, logos, and branding associated with zx24 are our property

4.2 Restrictions on Use

You may NOT:

• Reproduce or distribute any part of the App without prior written consent
• Create derivative works or modifications of the App
• Copy or clone the App's functionality
• Use the App's design or code in your own projects
• Publish or distribute the App without authorization

4.3 Content Rights

All content provided through the App is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not download, record, broadcast, or redistribute content without authorization.

5. Limitation of Liability

zx24 is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zx24 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

5.1 No Liability For

• Improper use of the App
• Internet or device failures
• Unauthorized distribution of access credentials (PINs)
• Data loss or corruption
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Third-party actions or content
• Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities

5.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

• We make no warranty that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• We make no warranty regarding device compatibility
• We make no warranty about the availability of content
• The App is provided without any guarantees of performance

6. Termination

zx24 reserves the right to suspend, deactivate, or permanently terminate access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if any of the following conditions are met:

6.1 Grounds for Termination

• Misuse of the App: Using the App in violation of these Terms or for unauthorized purposes
• PIN Sharing: Unauthorized sharing, distribution, or resale of access credentials
• Suspicious Activity: Any suspicious, fraudulent, or illegal activity is detected
• Security Threats: Any attempt to hack, compromise, or reverse engineer the App
• Policy Violation: Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Illegal Content Access: Attempting to access or stream unauthorized or illegal content
• Commercial Use: Unauthorized commercial use or reselling of access

6.2 Suspension and Deactivation

• Suspension may be temporary or permanent
• We may terminate access without providing a refund or compensation
• Upon termination, all rights to use the App immediately cease
• We are not obligated to provide advance notice of termination

6.3 User Termination

Users may discontinue use of the App at any time by deleting the App from their device. Contact zx24 at info@zx24.com to request complete deactivation of your PIN and access.

7. Modifications to the App

zx24 reserves the right to modify, update, enhance, or discontinue any features, functionality, or content of the App at any time without prior notice or consent from users.

7.1 Right to Modify

• We may update the App's features, design, or functionality
• We may add or remove features without notice
• We may modify access requirements or authentication methods
• We may discontinue the App or specific services at our discretion

7.2 User Acceptance

Your continued use of the App following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not accept modifications, you have the right to discontinue use of the App.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, specifically the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8.1 Jurisdiction

• All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in New York, USA
• You consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts
• You waive any objection to venue or inconvenience of forum

8.2 International Users

If you access zx24 from outside the United States, you are responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, and national laws and regulations. Your use of the App may be prohibited in certain jurisdictions.
